1st Class provides unlimited promotional opportunities for each individual who joins our team based 100% on achievement not seniority. All management starts at entry-level with lessons in marketing, teaching, training, and developing other team members, and mastering the back-end of business operations.
In the Account Executive phase you will learn how to balance character, consistency, and competency. Your character will be assessed based off of how you carry yourself, your consistency will be assessed based off of your ability to find and maintain a routine, and your competency will be assessed off of your ability to learn and constantly progress.
In the Corporate Trainer phase you will be responsible for coaching and duplicating yourself while maintaining your performance. You will be given account executives of your own to train. You will start building a team of your own and develop each executive well enough to start a team of their own. This team will be your business, potential candidates you might want to open a market with. While you be assessed based off of your ability to coach as well as perform the same or better as to when you didn’t have the responsibility of coaching other executives.
In the Assistant Director phase, on top of training and performing, you will be taught how to conduct interviews and develop your recruiting skills as you are at the last phase before becoming a manager. You will be groomed for management throughout this phase, it’s a 1-2 week time frame of learning the ins & outs of the management aspect of the business.
In the Management phase, you are your own boss in a market of your own in the location of your choice anywhere in the nation. You are now in charge of your own scheduling, payroll, recruiting, and management expenses. Managers are focused on developing more humble students into management and for expansion opportunities in order to generate as much revenue as they can. Managers, on average, make 80k-100k in their first year. The best managers work up to higher positions such as the Regional Manager phase and the National Consultants phase where individuals who’ve generated 100k & 200k in revenue 8 weeks in a row and have a large sum of money saved are able to work up to running a whole program.
